Questions before you subscribe
What uses one generation?
One successful AI-created mind map uses one generation. Internal retries do not cost extra, and a failed generation is returned to your balance.
Do editing, exporting, or sharing use credits?
No. Once a map is created, you can edit its nodes, change the layout, export it, and share it without spending additional generations.
When does my allowance reset?
Free allowances reset at midnight UTC. Paid allowances reset at the start of each Stripe billing period and unused generations do not roll over.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There is no annual commitment. Cancel from the Stripe billing portal and your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.
What happens when I reach the limit?
Your existing maps stay editable and exportable. You can generate again when your allowance resets or move to a plan with a larger monthly pool.
Where are my maps stored?
Signed-in AI generations are saved to your Mindify Map history in Cloudflare D1, while the current map is also cached in your browser. Read-only and collaboration links use the same saved map with access controls.
