1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using Mindify Map, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement or use the service with permission from a parent or guardian.
2. The service
Mindify Map turns prompts into editable AI-generated mind maps and provides browser-based editing, export, and link sharing. The product may change as we improve it. We may add, remove, or modify features, provided we do not take away paid access already owed for a current billing period without an appropriate remedy.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for access to your Google account and for activity through your Mindify Map session. Provide accurate information, do not share authentication credentials, and notify us at support@mindifymap.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. AI output and your judgment
AI-generated maps can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review and edit outputs before relying on them. Mindify Map does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and you remain responsible for decisions made from generated content.
5. Your content
You keep any rights you hold in prompts and maps. You grant Mindify Map and its service providers a limited permission to process submitted content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights.
6. Maps, sharing, and collaboration
The current map is cached in your browser. Signed-in AI generations are also saved to your cloud map history and remain associated with your account. A read-only link grants viewing access only and may be protected by a password chosen by the owner. A collaboration link requires each recipient to sign in and grants editing access to the same current map. Version checks detect competing saves and ask an editor whether to load the latest version or keep their changes. You are responsible for choosing each access mode, protecting any share password, and sending links only to appropriate recipients.
7. Plans, billing, and credits
Prices are shown in United States dollars. Plus costs $8 USD per month for 500 AI generations per billing period. Pro costs $19 USD per month for 1,500. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. Each successful AI map generation uses one credit; failed generations are returned. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period and have no cash value.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and no further renewal should be charged. Refund eligibility and request timelines are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, create or distribute malicious material, harass or exploit others, interfere with service operation, evade usage limits, probe security, automate abusive traffic, or resell access without written permission. We may limit or suspend access reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
10. Intellectual property
Mindify Map, its software, branding, interface, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the rights needed to use the service under these terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
11. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every AI output will meet your needs.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mindify Map will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to Mindify Map during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Changes and termination
We may update these terms with reasonable notice when changes materially affect paid users. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.
